The four Essential Home Renovations That will INCREASE Your Home's Value!

I don't know about you, but if I was about to sell my home I would like to get the most out of its value.  After doing some research and being in the Real Estate business for some time now I have put together a list of 4 simple ways to increase your homes value!

Let's take a look!

1. UPDATE YOUR KITCHEN

The kitchen is the heart of the home.. So obviously it is important that it is functioning and up-to-date!  According to Brad Carlton, sales associate and real estate expert from BHG

"Updating the kitchen with new appliances and bathrooms with new plumbing fixtures may seem trivial, but it's a must! Currently, there are many kitchen features that are trending in the Atlanta area, such as wine refrigerators, drawer-style microwaves and dishwashers, commercial-style ranges, and hidden outlets."

So simply updating your kitchen can increase your homes value dramatically!

2. UPGRADE YOUR MASTER BATH

Being a main selling point of any home, the master bathroom should be eye catching as well as functional.  According to Jean Risha, a relator associate:

"The master bath should be as large and bright as possible. Texans like things big! They definitely want space in their master baths. A separate water closet and a spacious shower with multiple showerheads are musts.
