Shady Brook Farms Light Show Event Calendar
One of the most exciting parts of the Holiday season is of course the light shows! My favorite being the Shady Brook Farm Light Show. Shady Farms is a local farm located in Yardley, Pa but also bordering Langhorne and Newtown, Pa. This years Light Show is starting November 19, (which also happens to be my birthday) and will run through the holidays.

Red Rose Gate Levittown Pa Homes For Sale

HUD Properties are hot in Langhorne Pa
HUD properties are becoming a popular choice for many first time home buyers. They are priced slightly lower than the rest of the market and are often in good enough condition to finance. How do you know if a HUD will qualify for financing you ask? As a foreclosure specialist, I have additional information on each HUD property whether or not it has already passed a government inspection for financing, and if it hasn't passed, there is a list of repairs the property would need to pass the inspection for financing.
Lately, I have been selling a ton of HUD properties all over Bucks County. I know many of my buyers are interested in the Langhorne area, particularly because of the school district. Not only is Neshaminy School District a great place to learn but they are also ranked 4 out of 5 stars on many state charts. It can be quite difficult to find homes priced in the lower $200,000 price range in Langhorne, which makes Hud properties and foreclosure a great opportunity.
